To purchase your BBINOVAPay™ Cash Cards or Prepaid Debit Cards, you can use your PayPal account, credit or debit card. You will receive a registration pin number in the e-mail address that you provide. Once you receive the card(s) or wristbands, please use the pin number to register your cards.
